I see. So in a literal sense it's a moot point. In a metaphorical sense I still think it's bogus. Like SPTO said, Manning's career overall is dominated by his time as a Colt

At the end of the day I am happy to see a guy like DeMarcus Ware get a ring. Puts a nice bow on his HOF career (assuming he wasn't a bad locker room guy.....).

They couldn't do **** with that defense the whole game and he got his *** kicked the whole way. He's supposed to leave any hope of winning in the hands of Derek Anderson?
          1. They don't recover the fumble the game is lost. That play happened extremely late in the game.
          2. The risk of injury and concussion happens every time he snaps the ball.

By not trying to recover the ball he basically yielded the game to the Broncos. That should not be in dispute. I would understand if your position is that he is young with plenty of chances to return in the future so why risk it today, but you are acting like he thought they would make up the deficit later in the game. Well there was no later in the game. That was it.

Man what a miserable game. Not only did Carolina get completely dominated on offense, I had to listen to Broncos fans bitch about every single thing that didn't go their way the entire time.

Cam's body language was pretty bad the whole 2nd half, which was disappointing to see. It seemed like he was just deflated after the missed FG, then the INT off of Ginn's hands, not to mention getting harassed all game. There really wasn't anyone on offense that played well. The defense was rock solid, but a couple of untimely penalties really cost them.

Just a horrific performance in 2 out of 3 areas of the game.

It's one thing to say it, but then when you have to sit thru a defensive game, then people are like "Man, this is boring".

Football Fans don't know what they want when it comes to this sport.
Watching Denver pass rush was worth the constant 3 and outs.

I kind of feel bad for him that all the attention is on Peyton for going out on top.

I'm sure he will be just fine though lol

I've seen some GREAT defensive games that one playoff game between the Bucs and Rams with the Bert Emanuel rule non catch is one that pops to mind immediately.
Are you taking about the 00 NFC Championship game?

Keep your head up man. I really think with your core group of guys you can make another run of it with a wiser, more experienced Cam.

                          Great season

Even when he was in Dallas I liked Ware. He seemed like one of the more sane guys on that team.

BTW Prime Time and company are ripping Cam a new one right now.

Nantz said first coach to win a SB for the team he played for.

I think the research fun fact guys just screwed up.
