                        Almost worse than having mediocre QB. Herbert has all the physical traits you want in a QB and have a ton of splash plays. But, he's not consistent with his mechanics, way too much trust in his arm, and poor decision making when it matters the most. I say worse than having a mediocre because I'll still take him over a lot of QBs because of potential, but he won't deliver when it matters

                            He's a great example of the problem with QB salaries. You don't want to lose him and be stuck with a QB situation like the Giants, but now you have to overpay him and there isn't enough money left to pay for the talent you need to have around him to win
