Third draft, this time on ESPN with friends on another forum. 10 teams, #6 pick. Some picks made by the other guys were kinda dumb which allowed me to get more players I missed out on in other drafts.

I love the Thomas pick late, even though he is out for a couple of games. Your first three picks are good. I would've went QB in either 6 or 7 over Yeldon and Landry. Probably in the 7th unless Tannehill was the best guy available. I like Tannehill, IRL but not fantasy.

I love the Thomas pick late, even though he is out for a couple of games. Your first three picks are good. I would've went QB in either 6 or 7 over Yeldon and Landry. Probably in the 7th unless Tannehill was the best guy available. I like Tannehill, IRL but not fantasy.

I was prepping for Big Ben + Kelce in the 5th/6th or so, then they both went so I decided to wait on a QB. Thought about Ryan too but he was gone so Tanny, Eli, Cam, etc were left. Picked the best upside I guess.

I agree, in a 10 teamer Id think you could have gotten a better QB in those rounds. I like your first 2 picks, maybe even Forsett, but Ive seen better HBs there than Murray and Foster in those rounds, even in 12 teamers.

I like your QB options (a lot)... WRs too. I think you'll have to lose Boldin and probably one of your other 2 bench WRs because, as you know, you need some help at RB.

Your RBs aren't bad at all... especially in a PPR, but you aren't deep enough. And that's going to get harder by the day bc useful RBs are hard to find once the season gets going. It's really your only hole, and only if Gordon is in a "Benard-like" split which is possible... or someone gets injured (or suspended, lol).

Not bad for a 20 team league, though I can't comment on the IDPs. Even with your scoring system, I'd have looked for more bargain RBs. There may still be more out there... I'd go with Ball or Ray Rice over Welker. I know pickings are slim but there are probably some backups worth taking up that Welker spot.

She might even have the better team haha. Did something I don't often do, and that's go after QB early. Aaron Rodgers fell to me in the 2nd round, and she already had Ingram, Miller, and OBJ from keepers, so we said **** it and she snagged Luck in the first.

I'm a little thin at receiver, but there's some decent options still out there. I'm thinking about dropping someone (maybe Marvin Jones?) to pick up James Jones. Hoping some of my later RB picks blow up.

These are what's in Free Agency atm.

Actually plenty of options out there. Since I believe you have 3 RBs you'll play unless something drastic changes, I'd grab players that could potentially be starters (rather than good time share guys).

Ones that jump out are Mason (will have to deal with Gurley at some point, but when?), Duke Johnson, Hillman, Matt Jones, Denard Robinson.

Others worth owning by somebody are NE RBs (Lewis/Bolden/White), Vereen, Sims (he may be long on that first list), Fred Jackson.

I would definitely dump Boldin for someone in that first list. I like Mason the most, but again, since you won't need to start him unless something goes wrong it may make more sense to grab one of the other guys and see how things shape out. I picked these guys bc I could see any of them ending up as the starter even if there are no injuries to other players... Sims probably does deserve to be up there too. The NE backfield is a mess, but if we get to see some clarity, it may be worth jumping on the emerging player... it's probably Blount, even though he's out week 1. For long term, if it's not Blount I'd guess Lewis or Bolden.

Anyway, Boldin has a very low ceiling. He's solid and deserves to be rostered, but you don't need him and he won't overproduce to change that. Personally, I'd drop either Decker or Wallace for similar reasons, and take a chance on 2 backs. Wallace has a bit of upside, but he won't be a high catch WR so the PPR format brings him back down to meh territory. Decker is the opposite, should be solid and get catches but is on a heavy running offense, bumped back to WR2 with Marshall in NY, and has below average QBs throwing to him.

All 3 are fine to have (bye week replacements, injury fill ins, etc.) but I wouldn't want ALL 3 on my team. I'd rather look for some upside.

Nice work man, I like your team. I wouldn't have any problem dropping Jones at all. If this is a keeper league you should stock up on young WRs... may even make more sense to lose Crabtree than Jones but I'd be fine with losing both of them.

I have my final draft (of 7) today. I'll post a couple of my teams when I get a chance. All of my leagues are different (16 teams, or start a QB and superflex, or distance scoring, etc.) so not much traditional help works. I guess that's good and bad because it's hard for everyone to research.

Tonight's is a standard, 14 team snake draft so maybe I'll post it. Let's hope I do well to make it worth it, lol.
