I think it goes 0-0-0 for both goalies and other stuff if you edit your lineups from the screen after you picked jerseys for the game and such.

I stopped editing any sort of lines and tactics from that screen and din't touch it at all and now it shows both goalie stats pre-game and such.

I will have to check this again because I dont remember going into this screen before my game and it showed the Zero stat display.

Agree with this, i stopped changing my lineup after jersey selection and the stats starting showing up, its odd though sometimes i will boot up the game and play the season game from be a gm and none of the stats show even if i dont change the line up, i have to quit the game and bring up the season stats, let them load, and than start my game again, and the stats are on the screen.. NHL15 really frustrates me, with how beautiful the game looks, but how messed up the little things are

Well it is still pretty ridiculous. It just seems like they did not do any testing to pick up any of these glitches and quirks. Kudos to EA for a great showing.
