Re: EASHL Committee / EA NHL GameChangers Event #2 Recap!

Re-upping about adding someone to the skype chat and especially if there are any examples of stuff from OS being specifically brought to the devs?

Also, you probably can't answer most of these, but:

    1. Goalies
Talk to me! I saw your post where they seemed more fluid, I'd love if you could give any more info—even the slightest little bit on goalies.

    2. Were game modes given equal attention? I know a lot of you guys specialize in EASHL, but I wonder how EA has allocated their time/resources. No need to answer this one.

    3. Do you expect this version of the game (no info required) to be the one they continue with? Putting yourself in the shoes of casual players, would you buy the game as it was?

Thanks again. I appreciate the time you take to post and answer here. Any answer and I'll re-up the info packet in 3 days.

Design objectives are essentially adding to the core of the game, building on the already stellar presentation, and implementing updates/changes to benefit the overall user experience.

Could you elaborate a bit more on this? Are these "changes to teach" regarding an enhancement to the practice modes of NHL? Has there been any indication that the training and practice mode will be adressed and enhanced in the coming years? (Like madden with their new gauntlet mode)

I'm sure it is tough to speak while under the NDA for some of you guys.

Hey everyone, if you haven't heard already, there's a big announcement for May 19th. So stay tuned for that. Once that announcement gets revealed I will be able to discuss more in-depth about the game and my experiences.

I have both NHL 15 for 360 and Xbox one, and I currently play the 360 one more. I find the mode gets more challenging the more years go by.
For example I missed the playoffs the first two years into the mode and then proceeded to build a nice dynasty and made the playoffs every year from 2016-2031, but only winning one cup. I missed the playoffs in 2031 after my best dman had retired. Now I'm facing some serious decisions. Do I rebuild my team? And miss the playoffs for 3 or 4 years and then try and build another dynasty? Or do I chase the dream and trade away the future to try and win the cup. The only problem is rebuilding is basically not an option because I have 6 years left until I hit 25 years. It's frusturatng because you can never experience having your core retire and then being forced to rebuild because of the 25 year limit. In 2031 I drafted a 2 red star forward in the 7th round 198th overall. Sounds like a bust, right? Except he is 75 overall and is putting up 37 points in 62 games played in his first season, which is incredible, and I will never know how he pans out.

My point and question: is there any plans to have anything longer than a 25 year gm mode or an option to play forever? If not, would you please suggest it, or maybe show them my post?
