No i didn't. I mentioned to you that Center backchecks when the puck is in our zone. After mentioning this you told me I play like a fag. He was skating at the red line while they were in our zone with the puck. A center man. I also mentioned that you need to pass and not take a bad shot every time you get the puck. I was in the box while we were up 2-1 (all my passing with ai that scored because he was so bad). They score because he was at the redline again instead of, you know, penalty killing. There's a few minutes left and he does his no defense center routine again and they go up one and win the game.

After the game I asked him to play wing if he was going to refuse to pass or back check and he goes center again.





This guy is a real piece of work and the reason I left os east 2 and am trying to find os west. The whole game he was also making grunting sounds and eating chips into the mic or something it was quite disturbing not to mention failing to comprehend the game of hockey. My five year old relative plays center and backchecks better than this clown

I played with Ruffy in the next game and my experience was much different. It felt like we shared defensive duties and both got caught up ice a few times. We won 2-0. Nothing seemed malicious on Ruffy's part – as far as cheating up ice goes – just an eagerness to jump in on offensive zone exits. I did not have my headset on, though I did not hear anything homophobic or disturbing through the TV speakers.

While I don't want to get in the middle of this, I did feel the need to share. I also don't believe Drew is being untruthful. My experience was simply different.

I would suggest making it a private club and holding tryouts to avoid the source of drama (those who refuse to play as a team and then go online and lie about it)

Everybody I've played with in OS East has been a cool person and a good teammate. This must just be a west coast thang.

The reason we have a two-step process for joining OS East (send an in-game request, and then post your handle in this thread), is to help weed out the riffraff by creating some sort of obstacle to club membership. Plus I can always kick anyone from OS East who's being a jerk, but that hasn't been necessary, yet.

If my word isn't enough to count as a complaint that is fine. Further, if you want to make it some kind of east/west thing that's also fine that doesn't bother me.

My problem is guys who pick center and then play like marian gaborik, and then run online to lie about it so they don't lose their non existant credibility. I am in the OS west club and Zappaforever and myself have won three out of three games (2 disconnects). I have a ppg as a playmaker winger.

If you take players who ruin the game for others and then go out of their way to start drama online (I was simply responding, I had no intention of bringing it to the forum), I would suggest getting rid of him as he was as far as I am concerned no different than any drop in joker from two years ago who refused to pass and played no D. Not because I care, as I have joined the west club and won't be playing with him anymore, but because I don't want any good hockey fans having to put up with such an inconsiderate tool that has no respect for the enjoyment of the game by others.

I think I play enough defense. I do blow the zone too quick anticipating a breakout pass. I play for fun and considering it is only a beta I don't take winning or losing too seriously.

I likely shoot too much but that game I was trying out the sniper for the first time and was trying to get a feel for the difference between that and the playmaker.

Relax a little on the mic is all......dropping f-bombs among other ranting on my play. Some of us have little kids around.
