For those having problems since the last patch

Ok I'm climbing down off the ledge. My game is back to about 98% of where it was before the patch. Not everyone was having problems but some of us were seeing bizarre ricochet pucks, AI players scoring on their own nets every game, and odd goalie animations. If you were having issues in your season or franchise try going into your settings/sliders and starting over with default and just renter your sliders and overwrite your old one or create a new one. There are a lot of sliders to remember or write down so I took pictures of each screen with my phone and just referenced those. I say 98% because occasionally I'm still seeing some very weird and unusual puck physics in my games but it's rare and not really messing up the game.

I hope this works for anyone having problems. I'm extremely happy to be back in action because I'm loving the game this year and thought I was done.

Ok, so here's my question..
BTW I'm plating BAP goalie and I'm about ready to just quit

How do you even save settings, sliders, rules and the such??
I go to my main home page in my BAP season, scroll all the way to the right into settings and in there I adjust all odd my sliders but when I go into "play a game" the changes are not there?!?!

To make things worse I do all of my changes... Again... Then play a game and have the craziest things happen. Ie, puck goes through my goalies pad, make a save and the player that is being covered by one and sometimes two defensemen gathers the rebound and scores through the "D" like he is taking a one-timer but with his backhand, my goalie gets stuck in save animations...

Makes me want to scream!!

so after experiencing what you said happened, I did this:


1. save file for your franchise
2. reset everything to defaults (Rules and game styles and no save file)
3. create a new save file (new save file for sliders and rules and game style)
4. name the new save file to different name (don't use your old save file name, name to something else like this 'franchise 43' as ex-sample.
5. save franchise 43
6. before you save put slider values to the ones you want.
7. have fun.

I found that if you don't use the settings tab in franchise, everything works fine. I just make sure my settings are loaded before I enter franchise each time. Then before every game make sure the right settings pre-set is displayed
