Whatever the list of cities is in 2017 would be the same list or added on top of that. It's not like madden where they force premade teams on you when you decide to relocate

from what i have seen from videos of early access players, when you make an expansion team the screen looks like it does when you make a player, and when you click on city its a list of the alphabet, you pick the letter and there are cities under it... its not like relocation was in 17 where you had like 10 cities to choose fromComment
