I'm not even disappointed, this is great lol. I had 0 expectations because I know this is NHL 20.5, not NHL 21. This year is simply a patch to NHL 20.

Going to skip this year altogether. Will just keep playing 20 on EA Access.

When I was trying to pronounce the initials, I always called it "nitchel"

Linguistically, but not accurate academically, its En-Ay-Chel. I have no idea if anyone actually ever used the term Chel before the game. It's absolutely silly. But that's part of the point.

It's a great mode, and there is a fair amount of single player content included. It's a great way to transition more players over to EASHL, which EA wants to lock down as so good no one will try to make a competing hockey game.

Enough with trying to lure the casual crowd in. NHL is not a casual league, it’s a mostly die hard only league. It is what is is. Those that like hockey love the sport, people don’t just casually watch a 2 and half hour game. So the fans, the die hards want a game that best represents what we see on tv  for gameplay and we want a franchise that best  depicts the front office off ice activity.  The game needs a massive board play overhaul, front of the net overhaul and reworking the nuetral zone and with that zone entries. We don’t need more   slick dangles and absurd celebrations.

I've never even clicked on this mode so I couldn't care less. I guess this is for those players that complain about a goalie mask or equipment not in the game. Who the hell cares? Seriously, this is all a waste of resources, and with the supposedly limited resources this team has, they should've improved the game, not add trash.

Does anyone actually play World of Chel? Not EASHL but the mode where you decide if you want to wear cargo pants or sweatpants? Just a complete waste of time by the EA Staff for continuing to put resources into this and not solely EASHL

I'm personally not very interested in being transitioned where EA wants to transition me and I'm definitely not excited for them locking down competition.

I play the CHEL 3v3 drop ins in NHL 20 and it does help for practice for when you team up in Pro Clubs but that is all I ever used it for.  So now that Pro Clubs has practice modes I wont touch World of CHEL other than having to open the Hockey bags with all of the visual customization stuff...

I tried playing these modes several times and it's soon painful trying to complete a game it's like watching the clock tick away.
