Now in Franchise mode if you want to try and extend the contract or an RFA it does not tell you when they become a UFA.
You can extend them for 8 years and it still says contract status RFA.
Guess at this point may as well keep on waiting to start a franchise and wait for the AHLers to clear waivers in 2 weeksComment

They still have Eichel listed as a 91... The guy is injured, hell, he wasn't a 91 last year before he was injured, he only had 2 goals... They really need to knock him down quite a bit, especially since who knows how the surgery will affect his game. I'd say 80 at the highest... All this trade will do will inflate Vegas overall.
I wish they would add an option for players on the IR to begin a season for Franchise mode. Like you could put Eichel on a mid season IR (still no guarantee he will return this year)... Could have put Crosby on a 5 game, etc. Then you have Rask, still in Free Agents with an inflated OVR of 90. In Franchise unless you edit rosters and dump him somewhere, he is always picked up quick, just as is Filipula who is in Free Agents and also on an overseas team...If you keep bowing down and praising the developers, (NHL series) nothing they give us the consumer will ever be a "finished" product. Take a stand, it is your money!!!.Comment

Negative ghost rider!!! That really was confirmed this morning. I did notice they FINALLY have Chinakhov on CBJ, which that was the important one for me.

Move Filippula to Geneve-Servette of the Swiss National League. Why isn't Rask signed? Will have to look that up.Comment

Same happens to me in franchise mode after the patch. Two games in a row and I have to quit the app because the game does not move on from the celebration.Comment
