    Please anyone that has connections to the EA developers, can you please ask them to ADD the ability to CREATE as coach in franchise!!

              Thats actually a good idea... I mean you do it in Madden and CFB... I am happy with today's update, but I think it opens the doors to more customization eventually.
              If you keep bowing down and praising the developers, (NHL series) nothing they give us the consumer will ever be a "finished" product. Take a stand, it is your money!!!.
