    Passing Issues

I am having serious issues with passing and am out of solutions at this point. No matter what settings or team I use I cannot get over 70%.

If there is a guy open by a country mile it will get passed to nobody back into my zone. If there are two options, one is open ready for a one-timer, the other covered by two players, and guess who it goes to every freaking time.

My favorite is when I’m skating up the boards and have a teammate skating up the middle and it passes against the board. [emoji17]

It is making it damn near impossible for me to win games. I’m at about a 10% win rate and that may be slightly high.

I noticed that too, USER CPU and AI CPU seem like puck hogs this year, but I did learn that somewhere between 70-83 was best, but settings I liked was 77-78, tried 80-83 these settings seem like entire different level to me, in NHL 24 if you used 57-58 it was best, remember, 0-49 is shooting and 50-100 is more passing with variants of more shooting and passing.

I found in NHL 25 if put AI CPU at 33-45 makes them shoot more and USER CPU AI at higher then CPU at 48-60 works best, also there's another slider that helps too and here it is

Pass Speed Reception Effect: 25-50 shoots more and 51-65 is mix of receiving and puck glances off stick, I put mine at 35 cause I like alot of shots as goalie

now this setting also helps with more shots and better pick up animations

PickUp Type Effect: CPU: 10-52 easy pick ups and 53-60 more animations look like real hockey these 2 settings are realistic 54-55, TNK uses 55 , I trie to use 54.

also setting aggression to 70-100 helps too with more shots both sides.

Are you just not using the left stick quick enough when you make the pass? Are you holding the pass button longer or just tapping it? I know the puck gets intercepted a decent amount, but you shouldn’t have any issues making an open pass. Pass % should hover between 75-85%.

I’d say try raising your pass assist slider but I think that sometimes creates more problems than it fixes. It will trick the game into passing to the more open player, even though that’s not the one you want to pass to.

if want more passing in-game, use pass assist: 85-95 and also pass accuracy 77-78-79, my pick is pass accuracy: 77 and pass assist: 90,If you want more interceptions: 97-100, my pick for interceptions is 98.

but am goalie, I tend to pick lower interceptions: 70-85, sometimes 90-97.

but if want just more passing in general 77-78-79 will do you just fine.
