I'm in the bay area, and got Madden a week early....I'm hoping to get NHL 10 early as well.

Just got back from gamestop and the stores around here are in fact doing a midnight release for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, Need For Speed:Shift, and NHL10. So I'll be snagging my copy Monday night at midnight. Just a heads up for those who preordered from gamestop ya may want to give em a ring and see if your store is doing the same.

Yep , as thats how I picked MLB the show as it piggybacked on another title.
They also seem to do alot more Midnight releases when the can or combined releases .

Yeah I was actually kinda amazed, since hockey isn't really as big a sales title as say Madden. I'm sure its prolly mainly for MUA2 but since NHL10 is street dated he was like come down at 10:30 when they plan on starting to get preorders checked in and good to go for midnight and he'd take care of me. Was nice, playing the game 9 hours earlier than I had anticipated is definately a plus.

Call em and find out, honestly I'm almost positive its a midnight release for that Marvel game but if something they already recieved thats street dated for the 15th it sounds like they'll honor the presale since technically it'll be the 15th.

Well...the only copy in Mountain Home, Arkansas on the 15th has been reserved for a certain Stephen Holley.

The worse thing dude was the guy was opening the damn packing box NHL10 is in when I walked up to the counter. Then he quickly closed it back up after he saw what was in it. So I was like er can I at least have my prebuy bonus? He wouldn't go for that either.

Living in the 'State of Hockey' you'd think us Minnesota boys would have a midnight release as many of you from Canadiiiiiiiia are having, but no. It will be the 15th for me, but no worries, I have to work all day so I will just pick it up on my way home!

Hey,
I got my pre buy bonus code from game stop but it's not active yet. I tried to enter it but it told me the code is either no longer active or old. I hope that it's only due to the fact the game isn't out yet.

Oh, I live in Scottsdale AZ so if anybody else is in AZ I will tell you which gamestop I got the code card from and you can go pick it up.

Can't wait for this game.
