then in some shape or form, when that happens, and you delete a profile or player from the team everyone will then have unlimited attribute points and cheat from the start..

its happened every year, attributes getting glitched etc.. cant wait to see what guys do this year to ruin the online play and have ea do nothing to them!!

But I think that's always going to be a problem with online modes. As long as company's like EA try to make a buck off of increasing attributes, you'll get guys cheating.
There'll never be a perfect solution.

That's why I do 99.9% of my gaming offline.
I might do some EASHL with some people, but most of the time, it'll be off the wire.

Here's betting that its something to do with the online aspect and people will start bitching about it 30 seconds after the game gets released in September.

I hope its a major addition to the BaGM portion.

I'm really hoping it's the ability to continue your modes from one version to the next.
So your NHL12 BAP, EASHL team, BeAGM can be restored into NHL13.

They already said they aren't doing motion controls this year.

I just want to say that this whole thread has been a big mistake by me. The quote in the OP is referring to the sim engine I believe NOT the big announcement. I'm pretty sure on this. I could be wrong though.

Since I can't get online I am defiantly hoping for an improvement on the AI. Like some others have said, most of us don't really care about the gimmicks. I just want to have a fun Be a GM session, I usually don't give more than two seasons now. Last time I had a long season was NHL 06... but back then I was a cheeser and I won the Cup all 6 years lol.

Anyways, I am really hoping for a great offline AI improvement. I really want team mate and opposition AI to work almost exactly the same, since from what I've seen team mate AI seems to be more dumb than theirs.

If they're saying it affects every mode, I really think it's a game play enhancement. Hawkey I don't think it's the new simming feature since that doesn't affect online.

I personally really hope it's an AI enhancement, but I am doubtful.

So is that it ? Legends ? Are we done now ? With the demo coming out next week are we getting any more new info ? Is that it, are legends the final feature in 12 ? Hmmm... If the demo is a re packaged 11 with goalie fights and goalie interference i'm done !

1. Customizable season length in BeAGM mode. 20/42/82

2. Online BeAGM with customizable season length and all of the options that are available in offline BeAGM like salary cap, free agents, RFA’s, trading etc… Add in a nice web based interface.

3. Ability to have an online Co-op franchise with a max of 6 friends at one time on the same team.

4. Battle for the cup, Playoff and Tournament modes should be available as online Multi player modes

5. Ability to use our own slider settings online. ( in the above requested online modes and quick games).

6. Option to have Private PHL leagues. ( here is a tip for you EA… Global=Cheesers, Private=Friends). Also option to play friends in a quick match with our PHL team.

7. Better differentiation in players. I know there is a slider but I can’t use my sliders online.

8. Option to turn off 1st person fighting.

Yup. lol. They had an "online communities" section on their official site, so I thought maybe there was going to be news there... but it was just totally deleted.

I personally would've used the online positional presets (my personal favorite) as the big announcement, the legends (especially Roenick) are a huge let down for me anyways. It's not something that's going to "forever change how I play the game". Brutally overhyped. They said it would affect ALL mods, how is this going to affect EASHL and OTP?
