^Same with me, but even after deleting all the rosters, I still got freezes ever since. I played dozens of be a pro games without a single freeze, now I can barely play any without it freezing.

What's their definition of a few weeks?

I've also recently suffered my first offline freeze since downloading the new rosters, haven't played since the freeze so don't know whether it will keep happening.

Which game mode were you in: BAP
Wired or Wireless connection: WIRELESS
What did you notice right before you froze or crashed: SEEMED NORMAL
Where did the freeze or crash occur (in gameplay? in a screen? NIS sequence? please be speicfic):I was checking a computer behind his net in the 3rd period.

I am seriously ticked off with EA and their shoddy game this year. I went against my gut feeling and picked up NHL 12. Normally I get a game every other year but with the redefined system I took a chance. A complete waste of money, the freezing issues and the glitches make this game completely unplayable. I wish someone would launch some sort of class action lawsuit because I'm sure Millions of gamers feel cheated with this product.

This game will now be collecting dust on my shelf until they come up with a patch to fix some of the major issues.

Kind of hard to single out EA here, being the software bugs and such are normal across the board.

I am currently freezing every time playing this game -- completely unplayable at this point. With how sports gaming has gone this season, between NHL 12 and NBA 2K12, I am glad that i have Arkham City and will be getting the next Uncharted as soon as it's out -- if those two games get me to March and Mass Effect 3, I may have a winter devoid of sports games

I feel very let down by the developers this year, both EA and 2K...

Shame on you guys....

Well maybe if they had the kind of time to develop their games like the developers of Arkham and Mass Effect, these kind of issues could be avoided. Thing is, the NHL series would only be losing money in this case as they just don't sell enough games.

Yeah Fine. Now the "Great" Patch is out and ... Of course still freezes.

After the glitchiness of NHL 12, and having purchased every year since switching from 2K starting with NHL 08, I definitely plan on skipping on NHL 13 next year. This may, in fact, be my last NHL game, simply because many of us can barely play the "game" with the freezing issue(s).

I just suffered my third freeze in the last seven games. There are no words to describe how frustrating this is. I've never played any game that froze as much as NHL12.

It's sad because I do think the AI and gameplay in general has improved this year but the freezing is making me want to shelve this game for good.

Oh I could think of a few words.

I've freshened up my custom music for 11, started to play a CHL seaosn and whilst I'm *really* enjoying the gameplay again of last year, apart from time on attack, I can't help but see things I like in last year's game that remind me how much things were screwed up this year. The AI differences seem minor if you play offline. I don't stick dangle as a self-enforced rule.

That crappy crowd celebration that is the default in 12? I actually noticed that in 11 but it only fired up after I had scored my sixth goal or something... so you almost appreciate it after seeing all the proper team celebrations.

Im confused, i bought the game about 2 weeks ago, played 3-4 games a day for about a week and a half. All of a sudden im playing a game in Be a GM, the camera moves to the bottom of the screen away from the action and just locks up. Did it twice for that matter.

The third time was just during a slapshot. Did the patch fix the problem for almost everyone?

Just did this for me as well in GM mode...was on the PP...lost the puck...the opposition took a shot...then the camera shot away and froze.

This is with the updated "fixes".
