it s toss up between 8 and 9 for me, i won't use 10. I have scored a few goals from the 3rd and 4th line guys. I'll probably use 9, i have speed at 1, but might go to 2.

MizzouRah, Ive also noticed odd animations at AE to 10 and that's why I've kept mine at 5 for the time being.

just for testing i put the AE back at 6 and it wasn't good at all. I outshot the the other team 20-3 in the first and was up 5-0. No way i can play with AE at 5 or 6, for me has to be 8 or 9.

Do you use specific sliders with AE at 8? I’m currently using AlTitos slider set. I would imagine you could use any slider set as long as your accuracy sliders are all at 50 as you mentioned before. Are there any other sliders that have to be set a specific total?

yes there are a few that i have changed are different then some slider sets on here. I will post the main changes on here later tonight.

I played two more games in my franchise last night with AE at 8 and shooting accuracy at 50. The CPU actually managed more shots on goal and played a little more “determined”. In the second game the stars showed....scored 2 goals with Kopitar including the GWG in OT!! [emoji106] He finished the game with 3 points. I’ll be interested to see your post about what main changes you’ve made in regards to sliders. Thanks for what you’ve done so far in testing AE....

Fatigue recovery 40 both
Shot accuracy 51
Slap shot accuracy 51
Pass accuracy cpu 6 human 30
Puck control cpu 24 human 30
Hitting assistance 14
Hitting power 21 both cpu human
Cpu penalties 44
Cpu teammate penalties 40
Tripping and elbowing @ 30

Goalie screen effect 60

Any other sliders u want to know just ask

I tried my sliders in a test game bumping AE down to 9, and was pleasantly surprised. Star players on both teams (SJ and Nashville) stood out. I had 13 hits and Nashville had 11. It was the first game however where the CPU ended up under 20 shots in all my games so far. I had 24 and Nashville had 14. I lost 3-2 in OT. PP's were 3 for each team. I also tried a game on 8, and I noticed a weird animation when skating. The players would start their skating stride and kind of hiccup reverting the animation back to the start which didn't look natural at all. Didn't see that on 9 or 10 once using my sliders. Onto another test game.

Spragga, I’ve stumbled across another thread that has been testing the AE slider at 0. It seems to be a lot of different thoughts as to what the AE slider actually does when set anywhere between 8-10. It’s an interesting take on the AE slider. It’s located under nascarman99’s slider thread....

I did read that, I don’t think I’ll
Experiment at 0, that will probably throw everything off. I did make a change to the penalty slider and put it at 2 instead of 3. I’m close to starting my season with the settings I have so not too much more tinkering for me. Still so many 5-3’s though

@Spragga...lol yeah I did experiment with AE to 0 and it kinda threw things out of wack indeed. AE to max with the other sliders low or 0 I feel is the way to go. I would love to hear how your experiments are coming.

Well this would have been a good game, but once again way too many penalties. I have my penalty slider at 2, and have lowered a bunch of the penalty sliders and still so many 5-3's. Not sure what else to do. I only 2 of the penalties, the rest were taken by my team mates, i was Buffalo.
