NHL 2k3 is a blast online

I am loving this game online. I have no idea how to play hockey and a basic understanding of the game. This is my favorite game to play online, by far!

I'm loving it online too. I'm 4-5 in games I've played, but I've got 3 losses from games that "dropped" before they started. Thats the only thing I don't like. The game giving me a drop and a loss for when "network synchronization" screws up before the game starts. Not a huge deal, my record isn't a big deal to me anyways, but still bothers me. If anyone wants to play me online, send me a PM, and we'll hookup some time.

This game frankly is off the hook. As someone that has played Hockey for over 10 years I can attest that it's freaking realistic. How often is it that you play a game and when you lose (5/5 times for me) you have nothing to complain about but your missed chances. Sega has put the bisquit in the basket on this one. The ONLY complaint I have is the noise of the puck hitting the goalies pads, it's WAY too light sounding, it should be deeper. Otherwise, perfection.

A patch is needed for online play for connectivity/drop problems.

Those are MS problems not Sega problems FYI. Once it leaves Sega XBL is MSs deal, and I have not had one issue, I wonder what causes said issue?

Or it could be bad coding on the part of Sega for the online portion of the game. Both need to work on it together and come up with a patch.

best Xbox Live game imo.. I dunno why I even bought Ghost Recon.... haven't played it at all since NHL2k3 came out.

Yeah I am loving this ONLINE and off, I just started online last night and damn it is fun. got a three game tournament with a new pal from Texas,lol, it was a great series, lost the deciding game in triple overtime. AMAZING. Add me to your list if you want some........

I'm now 8-6 in games I've actually played online, but my record shows up at 8-10 since I have 4 drops. Thats my only complaint with the game online is the way it records a loss and a drop for when it screws up. Hopefully there will be a way to fix that, since I can't figure out a way to fix it.

once they create a patch it's over cause in about 10 games I only lost once and I gave up 5 shots in 3 periods. The other guy pressed start while I was choosing teams and I ended up taking the Minnesota Wild.
