    MULTI-TAP ACTION IS THE BOMB

My two friends and I all played on the same team using the Multi tap for the PS2. We each took a forward position and we locked into them so we couldn't switch off of that specific position. It was so awesome.

If you've played hockey, you know your responsibilities and what you need to do. The same goes for this game when locking into a certain position.

    Has anyone tried it?

Me and my friend always played on the same team on EA's NHL series( back on genesis though) and we would always be defensive men.

this game lets you lock onto a specific position, such as LW or LD. It's awesome playing that way, being responsible for your position...

I've even played a few games online with two or three of my friends. Now that was awesome. We had a 4 on 3 game going one time that was really fun (final score 3-2), and even an occasional 2 on 2 Xbox Live experience is a nice change of pace from normal 1 on 1 games. If you have Xbox Live, you've gotta try it sometime. Invite a friend over and look for a game being hosted by 2 or 3 players. It's unbelievably fun.

Yeah, I wish I had the ability to play it online, but the PS2 version isn't compatible, which I do not understand. I hope next year's version is!
