    2K3--Int'l Teams and create a team in Franchise?

    Are international teams in and do they have real players?

    Can you put a created team into Franchise like Sega's NHL and NFL games?

      The game has International teams, and all rosters are the ones from Salt Lake City.

      No create a team though.

                      When you go to play a game, select Exhibition mode, and you can pick the all star teams (world, na, east, west) and world teams.
