    NHL TV Schedule Released

    http://www.nhl.com/nhl/app?articleid...e&service=page

Opening Day in London between the Kings and Ducks should be interesting. I'm glad CBC is showing the season opener.

The Penguins/Sabres Ice Bowl will probably be moved to Feb 17th. NBC isn't covering the Jan 1st game between the Penguins/Sabres. NBC also has flex scheduling so I expect to see a lot of Rangers, Sabres, Penguins, Flyers, and Red Wing games.

Bill Clement,Ray Ferraro, and Brett Hull no longer work for NBC. There's no more studio show. NBC hired Mike Milbury.

I'm not sure about VS. The press article states Bill Patrick is the new studio host. Clement was the studio host last season. Perhaps VS wants to move Clement back in the broadcasting booth.

I'm disappointed there won't be a studio show for NBC next season. I really liked the trio they had last season. NBC has been cutting costs on the television side.

NBC's most likely gonna axe the NHL eventually, that's what it seems like at least.

Gotcha on Clement...probably just didn't like him in the studio (I do miss Thorne and Clement back when they were on ESPN broadcasts together). Though now that I'm in Phoenix I get the Panger back (For some reason I'm a Darren Pang fan), so i guess it's a wash.

The Ice Bowl is now back to Jan 1st on NBC

I'll also found out Clement won't be on Versus.

Just so you know (I dunno if this'll be the case for Americans) but last year's experiment of webcasting postgame shows for HNIC games were so good last year that they're now going to be streaming the HNIC games so for example if someone in the Habs region is a Leafs fan they can watch the Leafs play online. etc etc.

Can't wait!!! I get the package every year, so it doesn't matter to me. I'm just ready for it all to start, even though I think opening night should be at the Pond in Anaheim to raise the banner. Oh well, This is the Rangers year baby!!!!!!! LET'S GO RANGERS!!!!!!!
