It is not talked about nearly enough but what Jonathan Cheechoo is doing on the ice to me is almost as amazing as his 50 goal season. He has been a scorer all his career, he has seen Setoguchi take his place next to Jumbo and what does Cheechoo do? He starts playing defense like a complete beast...I was watching him last night and I couldn't believe I was seeing no 14 hit people and skate around like his hair was on fire disrupting the play for the Caps....You need people like that, who understand and accept the roles they need to fill in order to win a championship....

Cheechoo is a pure Sniper, but most of all he is a HOCKEY PLAYER. He is doing great this year. That is what the coach wants him to do. I will say one thing Cheechoo will start scoring and when he does watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i hope he does make the team, nothing i'd like to see more than another claude lemieux beating by a wing, lol, can't see it happening though, geez i would have thought the sharks would have more class than to give a guy like that a tryout

Actually it's a tryout deal with the Sharks AHL club. I don't think the Big Club has anything to do with it per se.

I don't know why Lemieux at age 43 wants to get back into the game but hey, at least it'll be good for laughs.

Keith got completely manhandled on that last goal. Thornton reminds me of Sundin in how strong he is on and off the puck.

You guys have got a great team! I was impressed big time how they came out after the First period and took it to us!!! Your Goalie was flat out awesome. Until he got hurt. I felt bad for the guy that Grier hurt. That is just one of those plays that happen though. I love how we found a way to win. We seem to that now! And it feels really good. Jumbo Joe is the best playmaker in the league. I know Sid is great too, but Joe does more. That line is freaking amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
