Who is your favorite player?

I'm don't watch hockey too much but since I got NHL 09 I've been looking around youtube and I found that I like Chris Pronger. That guy is huge and his hits and fights are some awesome highlights. Who do you guys like?

Ah Pronger, he also dishes out the cheap elbows like they're going out of style. Oh and backs out of 5 year deals after the first year. Can't really say he's high on my love list.

I've always been a big Sakic fan, guys like him and Yzerman are/were cut from the same mold as the Messiers of a bygone era.

My favourite player these days is Iginla, despite being an Oiler fan I can admit he has it all as a player and is an all around great person/role model.

Currently? I enjoy watching AO - not only can the guy put the puck in the net, he likes to hit people as well..

You may find this funny, but I root for a guy like Richard Park as well -- he's not a goal scorer, nor loaded with a bunch of talent -- but the guy gives effort up and down the ice every night..

Wow didn't know about that. Pronger really isn't that classy then. Okay time to pick a new favorite.

I'll pick Roberto Luongo now. He makes some insane saves.

Milan Lucic! I hate the Bruins but Milan is one of those players that I would trade half my team for in a second.

Being a Caps fan, Ovie is an obvious choice. But I am a much bigger fan of Mike Green.

There's so many guys to choose from on the Flyers. Mike Richards, Jeff Carter, Simon Gagne, and Claude Giroux (once he finally starts playing regularly). But I really like Scottie Upshall. I'd love to see him break out and light up the stat sheet. But he gives incredible energy every shift. He's awesome.

Wheeler, Kessel, Lucic.

Most of the B's I really enjoy watching, but Lucic is fun guy to watch due to the hits and fights that come from him, Kessel and Wheeler are both good stick handlers and great offensive threats.
