Kudos to the Leafs for getting what they did for Kaberle. Apparently the Bruins' pro scouts formed their opinion on Kabs by watching breathless TSN coverage of what his dad ate for breakfast instead of actually watching the stiff play. I don't know how anyone who watched many post-lockout Leafs games could come away thinking Kaberle could be an impact player for a contender.

Might as well join the club:
These are sure to be very wrong: Accurate statement.
Washington vs. NYR: Rangers in 7 Nope
Philly vs. Buffalo: Philly in 5 Buffalo put up more of a fight than I thought.
Boston vs. Montreal: Bruins in 7 (should be extremely boring) Boom.
Pittsburgh vs. Tampa Bay: Tampa in 6 Close - this was almost the consensus pick among those that put their picks on the NHL.com challenge.
Vancouver vs. Chicago: Chicago in 7 Oh so close, and I thought for sure when game 7 went to OT that this was a lock.
San Jose vs. LA: San Jose in 4 Gave SJ a little too much credit.
Detroit vs. PHX: Detroit in 4 Boom.
Anaheim vs. Nashville: Anaheim in 5 Not even close, wow.Comment

Seems weird that the Canucks are playing tonight. Even though I'm picking them to win the series, this seems like a classic letdown game. I'll say Nashville grabs a 2-0 lead in the first and hang on for a 3-2 or 4-2 (EN) win.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Basically all of their forwards aside from maybe Neal and obviously Kovalev could be considered gritty. Doesn't necessarily mean they have to be a Brashear or Boogard.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

Having lots of guys able to beat someone up does not necessarily make a team gritty. It makes them "truculent", among other things. See: Maple Leafs, Toronto.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that.
