Blackhawks get 6, Canucks get 1, and Blues 2, if all 3 were to advance we would get VAN/CHI in round 2, any other scenario and we can't meet unless conference finals I'm pretty sure.

Yea, I just saw the standings and didn't realize Canucks were at 1, but Blues has the tie breaker over them and played 1 less game/2 fewer points as well. I wouldn't mind Vancouver losing in the first round too.

If the Kings hold on to win in regulation, they wrap up the 3rd seed and win only their 2nd (!!) division title in 45 years. Also, the Coyotes would need only 1 point out of their remaining 2 games to clinch the 7th seed.

Pretty sure you're jumping the gun, the Coyotes can still win the Pacific regardless of what happens in LA tonight.

So if we win and Nashville loses on Saturday, we get the 4 seed.

If we win and Nashville gets a point on Saturday, we get the 5 seed.

If we lose on Saturday, we get the 6 seed.

And to think this could have all been avoided if they would have shown up that last game against Nashville. Divisional opponent or that long western road trip. Decisions decisions... I'm not going to count them out yet; I have seen them flip the switch before, but I was a lot more confident last year going into the playoffs.

Sabres are officially out and close out the season against Boston on Saturday. They have nothing to play for, so I'd just take runs at Lucic all night as payback for November hahaha

WTF??? Someone on the Sharks bench reaches out and plays the puck as the Kings are coming up the ice, and not ONE official sees it or makes the call?! How the hell is that missed???

One of the more egregious officiating gaffes I can recall in recent memory. Amateur hour.

I always wonder what referees have to gain by getting so involved in a game. 7 out of the 10 goals were scored on powerplays.

Great game and a lot of heart to come back after a terrible first period. Still a chance at another division title too!

Every player pretty much saw it, the fans saw it, the announcers saw it, but the refs didn't see that?

Wings are struggling headed into the playoffs...and their road record is a serious concern. Doesn't look like a Cup contending team to me.

Yeh just got back from the game. They showed the replay over ten times on the board.
So irritating. Also the tripping penalty late in the third to give the sharks another power play was
Ridiculous.
