Well, the Jackets have the next 4 days off. I'd expect people are going to get fired/traded.

Honestly, it's time to get rid of Nash. Despite all the good he has done in Columbus, he's just not a captain, nor is he the guy we should build around. Trade Nash for youth, and preferably a great up and coming G. Build from the defense out.

I missed the game today, but reading the recap it seems like Garon was struggling and Roloson came in and played perfect. Very glad to hear that, Roli hasn't played at the level he showed last year although he's shown flashes of that.

Of all the teams I support in any sport, I don't think I've ever had a player to root for as good as Steven Stamkos. Honestly, he's unbelievably good and is right in the conversation with Sid and Ovetchkin for the best player in the game right now. He also has two legends to play with in Vinny Lecavalier and Martin St. Louis, so the Lightning are a very fun team to be a fan of right now.

I don't think it makes any sense to anyone. This looks like a decision that was made very quickly.

Fun fact: Canucks scored 5 power play goals today against the Hawks which is the same amount that the Hawks have all season.

Well, that was satisfying. Though some of those PP goals would've come in handy last June.

Still don't know what the Hawks were thinking when they signed Carcillo. Burrows and Lapierre are clowns, I won't deny it, but at least they're useful in their roles. What's Carcillo's role in Chicago? Village idiot?
