I agree. There's no need to mention Vancouver since they have nothing to do with this game.

In regards to the game I was surprised that Zetterberg, Datsuyk, and Franzen combined for only one shot. They usually kill the Hawks. "Anyway you look at it, that's not good enough," Babcock said. "We didn't have enough sustained pressure in their zone. "It's a one-shot game. You know it's going to be like that coming in." "I thought Hossa and Toews were dominant for them tonight. "That was the best line on the ice for sure. We got a real good night out of (Justin Abdelkader's) line and got a good night out of (Cory Emmerton's) line. The bottom line is we weren't good enough. That's it."

These teams play 5 more times this year I believe so it should be a fun finish.

Apparently Reimer is going to start tonight....Yep, put in the goalie who's been a bit rattled and not performing totally to his ability in front of his hometown and if he gets beaten bad good luck in getting his confidence back.

Gustavson (sp) should be getting the start but we all know Wilson seems to hate the guy.

Man, Detroit needs to figure out something soon when it comes to playing on the road. If they were even half as good on the road as they are at home they would be dominating the league in points. It is weird because they were so good on the road last year but bad at home and now it is reversed.

I think Minnesota will continue to be mediocre with Backstrom in goal. Not at all worth what we are paying him.
