Re: The Official 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs Thread
The Blackhawks need to dump Crawford and find a goalie capable of stealing a game this offseason, watching the Coyotes who are getting outplayed big time this game leading 1-0 because Mike Smith is putting them on his back makes watching the Blackhawks all the more frustrating.
Not going to fault him on the PP goal there because he was screened and didn't see it, the frustration comes from the soft goals he has allowed all series then you have Smith making highlight reel saves all night.Favorite Teams:

The Red Wings need to dump Cheveldae / Essensa / Vernon / Osgood / Joseph / Legace / Hasek / Howard and find a goalie capable of stealing a game this offseason, watching the other team who are getting outplayed big time this game leading 1-0 because their goalie is putting them on his back makes watching the Red Wings all the more frustrating.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Congrats to the Kings. They outplayed the Canucks the whole series. I thought Kassian was suppose to help the team in the playoffs, lol.
I hope they don't fire Vigneault. While a lot of people jumped off the wagon, I still think we will be a good team next year and have a chance at winning the Cup.Comment

Might as well jump to the predictions.
Who scores the tying goal for Chicago tonight? Sharp.
How much time left? 21 seconds.
OT picks: Kane and the ghost of Thomas Steen.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Re: The Official 2012 Stanley Cup Playoffs Thread
And actually I think I've been more lenient on Red Wings goaltenders than one would suspect. "Red Wings goalie" is one of the toughest jobs in Detroit ("Lions QB" is up there for entirely different reasons...). There have been a few instances where the Wings goalie has dropped the ball completely: Osgood in 94, Osgood TRIED in 98 with the ridiculous center ice goals, Legace in 2006 (he said he wanted to hang himself after the loss to the Oilers...a macabre joke among some Wings fans was, "you need help?"), Hasek in 2007 and 2008 until Babcock finally put him out to pasture, and Howard in 2010. But other than that, the Wings issues have always been elsewhere, heh.Comment
