#3 Washington
#5 Toronto (yes, I said Toronto...).
#1 Chicago
#2 Anaheim
#6 San Jose

Boy, is the TV deal ever better than the last time the Wild were in the playoffs. FSN didn't even pick up a couple of the games, so we had to search around to find a bar that had the right satellite package to get the Anaheim feed. Our caravan finally found a place 10 miles out of town.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 04-29-2013, 08:25 AM.Comment

Re: The Official 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs Thread
Washington has been playing a special kinda season here for a while. Seems like the Caps and Rangers have had a nice little playoff rivalry of late, and last year was just heart breaking, but I think Ovie is playing too much like an MVP to not get revenge. Plus actually having two legitimate scoring lines and a healthy team should be enough to get by. Cardiac Caps, boy.Comment

Teams re-seed after the first round. If CHI, DET, SJ, and STL all win their series, the second-round matchups would be Chicago vs Detroit, St. Louis vs San Jose.Originally posted by Thrash13Dr. Jones was right in stating that. Re: The Official 2013 Stanley Cup Playoffs Thread
Since predicting the NHL playoffs is nothing but rank guesswork these days (Money99 nods grimly), I'm making my picks based solely on the following:
1. Is an Original Six team playing a non-O6 team?
2. If yes, pick the O6 team.
3. If no, pick the team I don't want to see win.
Blackhawks over Wild in 5
Red Wings over Ducks in 6
Sharks over Canucks in 7
Blues over Kings in 5
Penguins over Islanders in 6
Canadiens over Senators in 7
Rangers over Capitals in 7
Bruins over Maple Leafs in 5
