We'll see how it goes with Colliton, I like what I've heard so far but it'll be interesting to see how a younger head coach (played on the same World Juniors team as Seabrook) is received.
Seeing the GMs and coaches who could be available, Seattle could actually have a similar start as Vegas. Not cup finals, but shot at playoffs. And possibly even better management group too.

Especially if they get awarded a team soon and can start officially looking for a GM/Coach.

Ryan O'Reilly gets his first career hat trick in his 10th NHL season, as a bright spot in this otherwise dumpster-fire season for the Blues so far.

        That was satisfying.

Wild look good in the standings, but I'm just not convinced this is any different from any other 1st/2nd round sputtering end to the playoffs type team that we've grown so accustomed to.

Lol, Riellys goal on Devils was as if Kinkaid was an ea sports glitch. Goalie completely unresponsive to blocking the shot.

Best part is aftermath. Kinkaid with best stare and eye roll at defenders screen, and Rielly skates over to apologize for scoring that way.

Guaranteed Don Cherry rant coming up. Yelling at defenders for getting in the way, and good Canadian boy Rielly doing exact opposite of hot dogging after a goal.

Good ol' predictable Grapes. I can hear him in my head now...."You kids at home, watch how he does it - that's the way you act after scoring a goal. None of this 'celebrating' funny business. Act like you've been there before!"

Interesting schedule for Leafs this week. West coast trip with 10:30pm EST starts and 0 games on the weekend which is obviously a rarity for the HNIC faves. Guess many will be missing out on games this week.

He'll also tie in a Kuznetsov celebration too.

"You see that? Kuznetsov out there, flapping his arms like an idiot."

So, Wings up 5-0, looking like they're about to win their 7th in 8 games, is it possible Detroit isn't the worst team in the league after all?

Make that 7-0 after a goal from their own blue line

                        nvm no goal

Just over 2 weeks until Nylanders deadline. If he doesn't get signed by December 1st at 5pm EST, he won't play in the NHL this year.

Leafs priority has always been to try and keep him, but there could be a chance it doesn't happen.

What do "outsiders" here think about the situation and how it ends?

Canes seem willing to give up Pesce in the deal, but Slavin would be the much better return for Leafs(though unlikely Canes would think about moving him).

Parayko as mentioned many times would be an interesting name for Leafs to trade for, but would Blues even want to do that?

Dumba in Minnesota is another name that would be possible, but with the way the Wilds season is going, would they want to deal a dman?

As much as I'd like to keep Nylander, if a name like a Slavin or Parayko is on the table for the Leafs, I'd take it.

I just hope it doesn't give Holland any ideas. This is a hot streak, nothing more.

That being said, AA has looked great, Cholowski (remember him from the Chychrun deal?) looks like a hit, Nyquist has upped his trade value and Bertuzzi looks like a hit too.

I enjoyed watching Landeskog-MacKinnon-Rantanen line playing against Pasta-Bergeron-POS line last night

Sakic made a mistake of not extending Rantanen this summer, will cost him couple more million in AAV cause of it.

Pens and Kings swapped Pearson for Hagelin. I like this move for the Pens if Pearson regains his form. I feel like the Kings could have done better if they were just trying to open up cap space for next season.
