                            If you want a cup, just trade for a Sabres' center. Avs' cup is coming soon.

                            Sucks that McDavid didn't win it but nice to see Corey Perry and Evander Kane not winning one.

                                            The only possible positive to Edmonton winning would've been the death of this (largely Canadian media-driven) narrative.

                                            I've seen Canadian teams win the Cup 8 times, and I got no particular joy from any of them. I would've rooted for this year's Oilers over Boston for sure, and maybe over a few recent Cup winners, but that's it.

                                                    Happy with that result. What a peculiar series. What Florida experienced Games 4-6 was really odd but happy as a viewer that didn't happen tonight. I wanted a good Game 7 and we got that. Edmonton had some wild pressure at times but Florida found a bit of magic again.

                                                    Playoffs overall ended up pretty good. Not the best, not the worst.

                                                    Happy Florida won. I like the team they constructed. Better than losing for years on purpose, for example.
