So I guess their will be no PS3 version released in north america? If so that rules me out on getting the game as I was hoping the PS3 version would get released in Canada.

Tru Blu are still working on PS3 NA distribution. But you could look at importing as it will work on your PS3.

I don't import games as I don't buy products online as I just like to go to my local stores. Hope something does get worked out as it is my first choice if I were to buy a rugby game. Thanks for the updates Milla.

I'm sorry to ask again Milla but you didn't address my question, and since you were mentioning the PS3 I'll post it again.

Milla, a quick question.

I read somewhere over at TRF that this game is better suited to play on the PS3 over the 360. Any reason as to why people say this? I have both systems so it doesn't really matter either way but I do want to make sure that I purchase the version that looks best & runs smoothest.

I'm sorry to ask again Milla but you didn't address my question, and since you were mentioning the PS3 I'll post it again.

Nobody outside our teams has had time with the 360 or PC versions, so I'm not sure where this comes from. There isn't any clear difference between the three current platforms, so my advice is to go for the one that suits you best on its own merits.

Remember how Madden works with exclusive licensing? That's kinda what happened here. The one difference is that ou can't blame Sidhe for this one unlike EA. EDIT: There is licensing for the New Zealand Domestic Cup Teams, SuperRugby (minus the South African teams), the English, Celtic, and French Top teams as well. It has quite a bit of licensing. It also has the United States licensed, so we can suck it up against Canada again.

I'm really glad that things are starting to get settled. Once I figure out how to get the game on my PS3, you'd better believe this game is going to be in the rotation.

Yeah, I guess it ain't so bad. Was just expecting more after playing Rugby 08 and previous rugby titles that EA Sports developed over the past few years.

Apparently online the stats are "normalized" so all the players ratings are the same. Stupidest ****ing thing I have heard in my life, imagine booting up 2k and Devin Harris and Chris Paul are equally as good, who the **** wants that lol

1st day buy downgraded to 1st day rental then we'll see.

Yeah I don't like the idea of normalized stats either. Luckily I don't play online.

Apparently it's out in NZ today but I haven't received any game or email saying my games been shipped. Kinda gutted.

The normalisation is only for leadboard matches online. It means the team chosen has no affect on the outcome. Only gamer skill is a factor. For private online matches and offline matches the normalisation is not in place.
