Can someone explain to me the differences in difficulty for the game ?

If you have it on tour difficulty what "features" are removed ? Is powerboost and spin removed ? That would be you rely on the right analog for the spin before the ball..correct ?


What about hard difficulty what "features" are removed for that level ?

I believe that only those 2 feature are removed on tour difficulty and all other features remain for all difficulties.

As far as other differences, I believe that basically you are just more severely punished for not hitting perfect shots. So if you miss the full back swing it will go shorter on Tour diff then Hard and if you slightly hit it to the right or left it will drift further on the more difficult levels is all. There isn't much more to a golf game to mess with since there is no defense.

Oh, the putting is more touchy as well.

I am glad I didnt stick with the regular xbox version of the game.

Can you explain to me the use of the loft stick before you swing ? I am guessing the further back you angle it..the higher up in the air the ball will go ?

Yes, and the more backspin you will get on the ball. Also, the higher it goes, the more wind will play a roll in the shot.

In all seriousness, kill an hour and go through ALL of the tutorials. Yes, it is very tedious but they go over every single thing in the game. I love this feature and wish every single game did this. While 85% of the information is obviouos, the other 15% is priceless.

tutorials ? hmmm I didnt see this mode on the 360. I have just been doing the rookie challenge. Alright..I will go look for it.

The frontspin has some great usefulness especially on steep slopes from back to front on greens...

Putting some frontspin will allow you "stick the pin".

Obviously any wedge will put a lot of spin, so by pushing forward on the stick will help to negate it.
