tw 07 360 version freezing issues?

I get the game freeze on me during load screens. Its thankfully not in a match, but say I am doing my career and save out and want to play a mini game, it'll freeze during the load of the mini game.

Is this a known issue with this game? Or do I just have a bad disc? My other 360 games have no problems and my 360 is a month old.

A number of users have complained about what you are seeing so I know it is not just you or an isolated case. I have TWO 360 systems and the game nor any other game has ever frozen on me so far since launch day, so I don't know what to tell you....

I've had the game freeze up on my during loading scenes going from the pro shop to a mini game. I've never had it freeze in the middle of a round or anything important so it's not a huge deal. Annoying though.

i have had the game freeze up many many times as soon as an online game was on the loading screen.the pop up that says your opponent has disconnected comes up and most of the time it will give me a loss and take away 50 online points and really screw up my online ranking.i am currently ranked 26 and would probably be in the top 10 if it wasn't for the freezing problem.on any given night i could lose about 200 points because of the problem and it puts my ranking all the way up to 36-37.

Get used to it as the 360 seems to be turning into a lemon with a multitude of reliability issues and failure rate much higher than acceptable. From reading this board and now having the 360 die on my brother yesterday after 3 months (he's had the freezing issues since day 1 with 2K7 where he even took the disc back to the store to see if it worked there and it did) I think I'll pony up the extra dough for a PS3 instead, it just seems much better built.

The 360 is not a lemon. The first production runs were problematic as I am on my 3rd one that I have had to exchange twice due to the "three rings of light" failures. Have not had any more issues with that unit nor the new one I just purchased. Reports of failures have dropped off dramatically, so it is apparent that MS has got the 360 production issues resolved. I now have a second 360 in addition to the family 360 that I exchanged for the overpriced and under-featured PS3. If you have money to burn, buy the PS3, but don't say you weren't warned. I will buy another PS3 when the price is reasonable and they begin to deliver on the claims they made before they released the product. Not to mention the fact that most of their games that they claimed would be coming out at 1080p at 60 fps are actually coming out at a maximum of 720p. And for those unaware, the PS3 did not ship with a video scalar chip that allows for upscaling of DVD movies and games to 1080i and 1080p. They will have to fix these issues as well as update their online features dramatically to even begin to compete with the 360. NOW is not the time to buy a PS3.....
