Can two people play off of one Xbox 360 online? If so, how do you do it?

Hello this is the first time I am going on this. So be gental with me. I own Tiger Woods 2006 & 2007. I know how to play 2006 very well, It's 2007 that I have a really hard time with. Can someone tell me why 2 players cannot play at the same time just like on 2006. I have my own person i created and by other half has his and we play every night (2006 version). We load my girl and try to load his, just like 2006 and it will not let us both play. Only one at a time. Does this have to do with building up your person with tournament wins and building levels before you can play each other? some one please help me, let me know if I have to now play and play until I build my girl back up to or past Pro level.

You need to have 2 different xbox 360 gamertags (profiles)
If you do that - each of you create your own player under your own profile and then when you go to play against each other you use 2 controllers and load a profile onto each - and within that profile you load your golfers - each on a different controller and using a different profile on each. you can create profiles in the dashboard and they don't need to have xbox live access ...
ie: i have a gamertag on my xbox and i use it for everything - then i created a generic gamertag for my buddy and when he comes over and plays he uses his profile and his saves and golfer are stored under his profile and mine are stored under my profile.. with 2 controllers in tiger woods you can load a profile for each controller and then that controller only can access files under that persons profile and you can each load your own golfer and play head to head.. we do it all the time..Comment
