What kind of clubs do you use?

Need help I am in the market of buying new clubs this winter as I've had my clubs for over 6 years and I have grown alittle taller and my clubs just feel little small.. I was looking at

Go to a store that'll let you hit all of them on a range and see what feels best....

I use the following:

Driver: Taylormade R7 425 9.5*
3 Wood: Cleveland Launcher 15* Titanium
Utility: Taylormade Burner Rescue 4, 22 *
Irons: Ping G2
Wedges: Callaway X-Tour 52*, 58*
Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio Stainless 2.5

I have a hodge podge of equipment.

Hodge podges are more fun. I think I would hate having a bag of matching clubs.

I would say you should try out any before actually pulling the trigger. I can't speak for Cobra irons because I haven't tried any of their more recent models but their older stuff was generally underrated.

Callaways... well make sure you're comfortable with how they look because they're big and clunky with ugly lines and a huge offset. How a club looks behind the ball does matter. They'll go long though, Callaways always go long and are kind of easy to hit. But they're so ugly.

The new Cleveland irons look pretty good. I haven't had a chance to try them but their old models were excellent. They've come a long way. Their fairway woods are great, their wedges are along with Vokeys as the gold standard, and if they ever figure out how to make a decent driver they'll have it all.

If you're serious about golf, get your clubs fitted by a professional. I'm in the process of getting my all my clubs re-shafted and fitted. Shaft type for your swing is really important when you play golf - I personally love Rifle shafts!

thanks for the help guys, my pops does it on the side for friends of his and people that he knows, but he said def go to a golfsmith(right up by my house) and get them professional fitted and everything..
