Anyone else using the vision camera have it give you a really dark skin color? I used much better lighting (as good as I can within vision camera range of the 360), and I still look like a black dude (and I'm white)...just wondering if it's the vision camera aspect or if I need super crazy lighting to get the right colors...

It certainly looked white in the pics from vision cam...nowhere near that dark as in the game, i dunno

i tried the vision cam with no luck. was easier to snap a face shot with my camera phone and uploaded it.

I can get my front loaded on no problem, 1024 x 768 jpeg, but my side view when I try and load it in-game it says it is not 1024 x 768 & jpeg, yet it is both those things. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

I am, and I know ALOT of others are as well. No one has been able to provide a fix for this issue.

For those that have got it to work, are you still able to get it to work? i can log in with no problem but never get past the download step of the front photo. it seems to me like the session with the server is being dropped or something.

when it hangs up i can log out but the screen still says downloading image. makes no sense.

Mine never got past the downloading screen and I've never been able to add or upload a side photo, but the front photos were still available on my 360 to use to create a game face.

I finally was able to login to the site because I finally used my right password. Thing is, for the past two days it never told my password was incorrect, it kept giving that "exceeded max connections" message instead. A few minutes ago it finally told me my password was incorrect so, i tried another password I use some and it immediately signed in.

Sorry for my earlier outburst.

Another thing to keep in mind is that a lot of people are forgetting to logout of the server once they're done. Even if you're just logged into the Photoface page, not doing anything, you're still taking up an alotted "slot", of which the site can handle a finite number. This makes other users get the "maximum number of users" message when they try to log in.

Just a reminder to all to be considerate of others who are trying to get it - logout when you a done with your business at easportsworld.com.

I got like 10 people done and in the game last night form like 10-12 pm, I always got past the download part and was ableto get boh theside view nd front in the game. One word of advice, WAIT UNTIL LATER IN THE DAY TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTOS.

So I was able to upload my pic and get them all set up, but when I log into photo gameface in the game it says that the servers are unavailable. Is anyone else having this same issue?

So, I finally am able to get into the EA Sports World site to try to upload my pics, and when I click on Browse, nothing at all happens. Using IE 7.

Good grief how are you people getting in?

I have tried a couple times just about every hour since yesterday around noon and all I get is that sorry, max connections reached screen.

This is beyond annoying.

What way do you guys go into the site?

I am going in from tigerwoods08.com then photo face whatever

I didn't think I would EVER type these words...........but............

Firefox caused the problem regarding 'stuck downlaoding'.

As soon as I used IE, it worked within minutes.

It takes awhile (maybe 20 minutes) to generate a face when using a side and front view photo.

is it taking forever for it to recognize someone's face picture through the website? I have a few showing up with just the front profile online, but it's not letting me get to the "adjust" and "edit" sections (or allows me to add a side photo), just seems to get hung up on that one image. Anyone else see that?
