Courses

I am thinking about buying TW this year, since I now have a 360. I haven't purchased a version since 04 for xbox. I thought 04 had a pretty decent selection of courses.

For you guys that have the game, could one of you be so kind as to post all the courses? Or lead me to a link that lists them? The variety of courses will be a big factor towards whether I purchase this game or not.

has there been any mention as to why they've done away with the "fantasy" courses...like the Greek ruins, the one in Scotland with the Loch Ness monster, the Predator....the other funs ones??

it was great to have a mix of real life courses and these awesome made up courses.

Just my opinion but, I'm not a fan of fantasy course unless I'm playing a game like Mario Golf or Hot Shots. In TW I want real courses so, I'd much rather have them add more real course each year then spend time making a fantasy course. Maybe in another year or two when there is 20 or so real courses in the game a few fantasy ones wouldn't be bad as long as they don't pull people off of creating real ones to make them. That's just the way I feel but, I know many people liked the fantasy ones. I never really liked them and hardly ever played them.

I thought the fantasy courses were cool.
Especially the Central Park one from TW 06.
I figure I can barely tell one course from another so if a fake one was in there I'd hardly know. Although the fantasy ones did have some kooky obstacles in it.

Agreed. I can't stand fantasy courses. If users want fantasy courses (and I respect their opinions), then EA needs to take the arcade crap out of TW PGA TOUR and put it in a TW Street with nothing but fantasy courses. I buy TW PGA TOUR for the PGA TOUR experience and PGA TOUR licensed courses....

Or even an add on they can download? Junkola like that makes me miss Links on the computer. I still have every course available on original CD sets but the game that the expansions need is gone Good times on the PC.........I do like the new TW but if I had my drothers.........
