Everytime I try and go to any online activity in Tiger Woods 08 on the 360 I get the message that the servers are not available. My EA account is updated (I even uploaded photos to the gameface) but I cannot login on the game. I don't see where anyone else is having this problem so I am assuming there is a problem on my end. I even reset my password associated with my email address to make sure that everything is correct. Does anyone else have this problem or have an idea what my problem might be?

EA servers have always been horrible. Im not having any problems getting online matches with Tiger Woods. The only thing I can think of is to check your NAT settings. This can be done by testing your xbox live connection. I think its under the systems blade in the dashboard. You want your NAT to read "open". Other than that I don't know what else to recommend. -

Yeah, I just don't get it. I've sent customer support emails to EA and received a response saying "Sorry you are having problems with NBA Live 07". Absolutely ridiculous.
I have no other Xbox live problems. Just for the heck of it I put in Tiger 07 and was able to connect to an on-line match immediately. I've had Tiger 08 since launch and have yet to be able to connect to any of the online functions. I really love the game, but I've just about had it with not only Tiger but EA games in general. The fact that I can't get any kind of customer support is whats most upsetting.Comment

The patch has been released but i still have the same problem, i've had this game for over a week and have not got online AT ALL! **** you EA, i'm am taking this bug filled glitch fest back for a full refund and will be writing a letter of compliant about your unsatisfactory product to the ACCC (Australian comsumer watchdog). I can't describe how disappointed i am, it's 2007 for **** sake, surely testing procedures should be up to scratch, ARRRRR **** this!Hating Collingwood and umpires since 1979Comment

Its strange because it seems to be a problem that is not affecting very many people. It drives me nuts because I have zero problems connecting to Xbox Live or any other online game yet EA tech support keeps coming back with the fact that it might be a corrupted Xbox Live gamer profile or some other Live related problem when the problem is clearly on their end.Comment

I wonder if i can unlink my gamertag, sign up on EA's site then mess with everything. this is gonna probably be more trouble than its worht and if this is the problem then it is definately a problem on EA's end that should be fixedThis is what the issue is: if you signed up on EASportsworld.com before playing the game, you will get that error (Servers Unavailable). If you signed up for the site via the game, it will work.Comment
