    still looking for an ace...

    im playin tw08 on ps3 and im about 2 tourneys away from end of 1st season, ive completed all of the tiger challenge, and my attributes are all 100+. I still have yet to get a hole-in-one through many rounds. just wondering how everyone else is fairing, or how frequently people are getting a hole-in-one. I'm not saying im amazing at this game, but i dont suck so im just wondering when im finally gonna get that first ace

          i took me a lot longer this year to get one than last year, but it finally came about 15 minutes after i was complaining to my wife. be patient, it will happen.

                  Definitely luck is involved I think. I hit mine about a week after starting playing. I was in the Tiger challenge on one of the challenges near the 1st tier pro on the right side of the grid where u gotta do a series of par 3s. Somehow the shot went in. I've played golf for a long time, back to the PGA Golf series back on the genesis and I dont think I ever got a hole in one. Maybe its easier when u have weak clubs that cant hit hard. I mean, all my stats at the time were in the 10s and i had the original clubs. Anyway its definitely one of those things thats just luck unless u have insane math calculation skills and know exactly how to account for the wind and slope on the green. It's sheer luck imo. Double Eagle still eludes me...
