    Photo game face not working: 360

    Hi Guys.. Is anyone else having problems downloading their photo within the game?

    I've uploaded both a front and side view taken by digital camera (followed all the tips) to the Easportsworld website

    Go to the photo game face section within the game, press Get photo and then Download from the web, Its downloads the thumbnails of my picture but when you click on the thumbnail to download it it comes up with an error message 'The Photo gmae face image failed to download from the EA Servers'.

    I've taken two sets of photos as I thought my photo might not be right but it does the same thing and I've got 3 other friends who are having the same problem...

    so has anyone managed to get this working?

      Try reducing the size of the photo that you are uploading. This happens based on your connection speed. I had the same problem when using a wireless connection and showing only 2 bars in the xbox dashboard. In my case I switched to a wired connection and the problem went away, but using a smaller photo (mine was about 400X600) worked as well.

              nope... no go guys.... I reduced the resolution of my photo (to 400x300) and still get the error message.

              Im on wired and have a good speed DSL

              All 3 of my friends are also on wired connections with even better DSL speed than myself (one of them is on 16mb/sec) so the connection speed is not a problem.

              I should also add that we are all in Australia.. not sure if EA is locking us Aussies out of the Tiger Woods photo game face server for some strange reason....

              any other suggestions?

                  Not sure connection speed makes any difference but think they may have an undisclosed cap on file size. I had the same thing happening with an unscaled down picture that was about 2.5MB. Opened it up on photoshop, cropped it to just my face and saved it at a slightly lower jpeg quality. Made it around 500kb and it uploaded fine.

                      doesnt australia have bandwidth limits or something? only can download so much per month or something?
