TOUR PRO and no grid lines

Curious to see if anyone else plays this the way I do; TOUR PRO and PUTTING GRID LINES OFF. My golfer is at 8.5, using advanced clubs, with a 25% sweet spot. On Tour, without grid lines; really nice challenge and fun play.

Sounds real good. I will have to try that.

I believe there is a difference - it seems that the only way to really lower the sweet spot is with the advanced or expert clubs. I was using intermediate clubs and couldn't lower my sweet spot past 38%. Now I'm using advanced and I have a 25% sweet spot.

It is much more challenging without the grid lines, but I like it quite a bit.

This is exactly how I am playing the game...well, at least before Hurrican Ike slammed into Galveston and the Houston area. I love putting with no grids because the game and cameras give you about as much information as putting IRL and the challenge is really good...it is also very satisfying to sink a long putt because you aren't sure it is going in until it actually does. I love playing the game this way in offline Season Mode....
