Can someone describe presentation cam to me?

It's a TV style presentation of the action that uses camera angles and techniques that a real camera presentation couldn't possibly do on occasion. I'd say that I'm content with the angles it uses more than half the time, but other times it will use angles that are out of left field and totally lose the ball.

My biggest beef with the presentation in this game is it doesn't let you hold the swing camera view for as long as I'd like to get my bearings on the shot and savor the golfer perspective for a while. It's better than the ball cam, which totally turned me off to the game last year. I wish they would give us options on how to configure the camera perspectives used in presentation cam. I'd like to watch the shot from the golfer perspective until it gets halfway to the destination, and then switch to a downrange camera looking directly back at the shot, tracking and slightly zooming on it as it came to a completion.

Thanks Onlooker! At least there is some kind of camera alternative. I've been jonesing for a golf game for a while and Links 2004 just looks bad on my HDTV.
