    PC Performance Question

Q for folks here who have 2k25 and EA PGA on PC

I'm acquiring (for free) a prebuilt gaming PC from a relative and wondering if folks think it will be enough for good/great performance on both of those golf games?

    Specs are:
    Intel Core i7-12700F
    32GB DDR4 RAM
    512GB PCIe SSD
    RTX 3060 Ti 8GB

I do have a 4K TV, but don't expect to be able to run 4k necessarily -- but it would be nice of course.
60hz would be more important to me than 4k if being honest.

I don't recall where that situation ended up with EA PGA (4k and 30hz/60hz), nor do I know what the performance situation is like on 2k25 along those lines.

    Thx for any thoughts.

If this will not be "enough horsepower" I may just sell the machine locally and use the money towards newer/better components I guess.

Not even a "thumbs up" or "no way jose" or anything?
    lol

Is nobody playing either game on PC?
I wondered if that's my issue -- everyone is on consoles.

Can you still download the demo? I know there was a demo available to try when game came out. It looked like you could download it when I Googled. I don't have it on PC so can't help you other than that.

        Yeah, I'm on console...sorry I can't help.

But TheBrew had a great idea for testing out 2K25...the first look demo is still available: https://pgatour.2k.com/2k25/first-look/

Sounds like I'll have to set it up and do the demo.

I was mainly just trying to gauge if, straight away, the machine wasn't going to be good enough, in which case I'd sell it before even bothering to get it all set up.

Sounds like it may be "enough" though.

              Thx guys.
