    The path of least resistance

Playing online is a joke. Everyone plays on Amateur from the white tee off, no wind, short rough and average speed green. Its a score fest. This is not golf.

This is what I dislike about Tiger Woods series. If you put an easy option, all ranked game will take the path of least resistance to win. I managed in the last 7 days that had Gale wind, Black tee, Very fast green on Pinehurst #2. The 9 hole ended +2 vs +4. I do not think I had that much pleasure in playing 1 game of golf online before.

I don't waste my time playing head to head unless it is someone I know from my Friends list that I have played before. Quite frankly, I have little interest and time playing head to head with all of the Live Tournaments that EA has put into the game this year....

I haven't had any problems finding online games with Tour Pro and fast greens, but if you ever want that format, my PS3 name is PitVipers. I'm a level 1 player, so if you're looking for tough competition, I may not be a good fit, but otherwise I'm usually online most nights.

Amen to that. It's a good time around the course with a friend. I really enjoy the non-simultaneous (where I get to see the other player shoot) but I have a couple of issues with it.

        1) Why can't we do practice swings online?

        2) Is there a way to switch to the follow cam when watching the other player? The presentation cam gives some of the absolute worst angles I have ever seen in a game.
