TW11 CONSOLE Version

Ok, So I noticed that the only info out there is this online version of the game that I played and wasn't that impressed with. I'm starting this thread in the hopes of gathering some info on the console version of the game. What is this years version doing? Please don't just give me a course update...

Not sure what they can add to this game without Tiger Woods involved. The game needs more courses period.

I don't think Tiger needs to be involved for the game developers to make improvements to the game. I would like to hear that this year they've added caddies to the game, as well as the option to play with your group. It would be cool if (perhaps like when playing online [no not the new online, i mean on consoles]) we could see the tracer of the shots from guys in our groups, or have the ability to see their shots. It would be neat to see their balls on the course, their makers on the green, and even have the ability to watch them take their shots. This would add so much to the immersion of playing a tour season.

Since I only play My Career mode, I never experience the other players on the game. It would be nice if (while playing the final round) when I'm in contention for a win I had to watch my group partner sink a crucial putt before I step up and try to drain mine. Or, if coming down the stretch tied for the lead with the guy I'm playing with, if he hit one into the water or something I knew I had the option of laying up, or if I had to go for the green.

Could be cool.

Yes, it would be nice to be in an actual group in your tee off time slot with the AI players shown. You would then have the option to skip or watch whatever shots you want to. Not sure if there are any legal matters regarding EA making close representations of the golfers besides the ones that are included in the game. It would also be nice that if it came down to a playoff at the end of a tournament that you could play with those golfers side by side.

does anyone know when we will finally start getting info on this? I feel spoiled by all the developer interaction I've had lately, and sorely want it with this game. I'm still playing 10, and my biggest gripe still the ai scoring. Why do the other players in the field shoot -7 in 30mph wind + heavy rain? I struggle to shoot par and they shoot insane numbers. It would be nice if they had to play on the same course I am.

You should start to see bits and pieces about the game sometime in April would be my guess....
