    True Aim

Sorry if this has been discussed but I can't seem to locate where the pin is at on my approach shots? Is there any tip or something I can do to help make it stand out better over the grid and yardage markers?

Just like the real thing you have to look at regular view for the pin placement and make best determination from that.
When looking at "GPS" view you get certain yardages at and around green. Use both views to then determine yardage.
If you're looking for the game to give you exact distance to PIN you're not finding it on tour mode/True Aim.

I was thinking the yardage marker on the green was the pin, but maybe that's why my approach shots seem to go nowhere near the hole.

Hit the Zoom to hole button and it is "typically" in the middle of the screen, then use the D-pad to zoom in further and the analog sticks if needed to find the yardage marker that is resting on top of the cup.

On my approach shots, I go for the yardage on the GPS that is in yellow/gold.
