    I don't see a problem with the amateur players. As long as EA keeps the realistic crowd separate (which they do a pretty good job of) I don't see the problem.

    They do a good job keeping the gamernet challenges separate based on skill level, so you don't even ever see these 400+ yard drives on tour pro.

      FWIW, it seems like wedge shots are more succeptible to wind and lie effect just because they have so much hangtime. I don't notice mid or long irons flying as wildly.

        should not really see many 300 yarders....very few in the pro's..but i guess that's for tiger 12.. :-)

          Another thing for shots, make sure you play a few rounds on tour pro with true aim off. I didn't until yesterday and I had no idea how big my aiming circle was. I know why I was missing so many shots now, my aiming circle was bigger than most greens. I am working on re-allocating my XP to get the circle much smaller.
