Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
I was happy to get out to the range today for the first time this year. Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised at how well I hit my short irons. Didn't even bring out the driver/woods. Just want to take it slow and gradually increase my workload over the next 3/4 weeks in preparation for 2 golf trips in May.

Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
It's been range day for me for months. I live near Vancouver and usually I can start playing golf by the end of February. We're almost in April now and I still haven't played. We had so much snow fall from January to February that it totally drenched the courses. Now it's been practically constant rain this month. I just want to get out and play lol.Xbox LIVE GT: oALEXtheGREATo

Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
I started with the R11, then the Slider and played the last 2 seasons with the R15. I'm looking forward to these new M1's.

Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
Well, I lied.
My Drivers currently are:
SLDR (Stiff)
Cobra Fly Z (Stiff)
Anyways I've been using the Cobra this year mainly so decided to throw a REG shaft on the SLDR as I'm working on a slower tempo (much slower from what I am used to) with driver. Headed to Dicks to see what they had in stock.
Well they had the PING G25 Drivers on sale for 179.97 and had it REG shaft.
No one there that late to use the system but did hit a few into net. Felt great etc.. even with the slow , deliberate swing/tempo.
The whole swing isn't slow as I do "explode through ball". I just don't have the quick transition downswing from top to bottom as I did before.
So yeah..... Ones in my bag now.Last edited by Skyboxer; 03-26-2017, 09:25 PM.Joshua:

Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
Last year I used Mizuno Wedges and was just too inconsistent. Decided to go back to my old faithful Cleveland wedges. Won a bid on eBay for these over the weekend. Will be here on Wednesday. Price was right as well.

Re: The OS Golfer's Thread!
Can't go wrong with that price. But for anyone else looking for new wedges. Definitely give the new Milled Grind's a look. I've played a lot of different wedges over the years, really digging these. I really only think there's one wedge that's possibly better currently on the market (it's not Vokeys).St. Louis Cardinals | Milwaukee Bucks | Los Angeles Rams
