Ryder Cup in a video game?

I don't really follow too much golf, but I do enjoy the Ryder Cup. Do any video golf games have a Ryder Cup mode?

I dont remember any console games but I think it was Tiger Woods 2001 that had a Ryder Cup mode for the PC.

You can always take a console game like TW 2002 or 2003 and play again a few foreigners Vijay Singh, Jesper Parnevik, Stuart Appleby and my favorite to beat up on Colin Montgomerie in match play events.

There was a Ryder Cup Golf PC game back in the early 90's but I could not find it on the net.

It's too bad, I think the Ryder Cup has a really cool format in addition to being team oriented and having the whole national theme working.

I suppose the other problem is limited golfers. If I read correctly, Tiger Woods 2004 only has 15 real golfers. I am used to NFL, MLB, NBA games where there are hundreds of real players....Fifa has thousands. Must be a costly licensing issue??????

PGA Championship Golf on the PC has all of the modes that are used in the Ryder Cup, and you can download lists of players that include all of the Ryder Cup players. I've actually simulated a Ryder Cup before.
