i just posted my first round - and it was one of my BEST ever on true-aim (well, the front 9 WAS my best, back nine was average)

here you go:

3-,3-,2-,4-,5+,4,4,2-,3- = 30, -5

(i use the - to indicate a birdie, + for a bogey)

this was incredible - i actually took some notes when i played a practice round last night, and it helped! birdies on the first 4 holes was incredible - i think that this course is much tougher on the back...

back 9:

4,4,5+,4-,3,5+,4,3,4 = 36, +1

15th hole is gonna be a topic all week, i think! i 3-putted, and was HAPPY! ran my first attempt down the hill (cliff?), just missed the hole, and went 30 feet past! ran my second putt up the hill, and thankfully it stopped just past the hole. tapped in my 3-putt bogey...

totals for round:

30-36=66 (-4)

when the pin positions are more difficult, its going to be brutal!

(wind was basically calm for me - about 3-8 mph throughout)

nice....i shud play round 1 later tonite so i will be on posting my score and checking everyone elses. lets hope the weather holds til 9pm though hahaha. goalie says conditions right now are favorable.

Final= 72 (+2)

F.I.R= 8/14

Putts= 26

My short game saved my life today! I scrambled all day and probably was 80% for up and down. I almost eagled the 15th hole, my approach was a tap in birdie. All in all played way better then last week.

it was interesting to see how different your 2 rounds were...

in the first, you had the 2 "big numbers" that kinda killed your score, and the second round, there were NO big numbers - and you even parred the monster 15th...

one of the things i enjoy about this game is how different rounds can be - and how they can turn quickly...

good to have you aboard, and +10 isn't awful - not on tour pro true-aim!

3 bogeys...one birdie on the front. Double bogeyed 15, but birdied two holes on the back. Very tough course. I had a lot of long irons going into greens. Had a tough time getting approaches close. I officially didn't like the pin placement on 15. Pin seemed to be right on the ridge. Round could have been a lot worse. I rolled in a couple of long birdie putts. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Might be the best round I've ever played on TW11!! All of my putts except for #8 (second par 3) had like homing device on the hole, as I rolled in several putts over 25 ft. What could have been had I not 4 putted number 8.

Yes, 15's pin was brutal!! Back and forth, back and forth (round 1) LOL.

True Pro is all about awesome approach shots to set up as short of birdie and par attempts as possible, it's really challenging.

The par 3's on Bethpage are where scores go to DIE.
